Laurent Meyer has more than 20 years of experience in real estate residential and commercial in France & the USA.

1994

In 1994, at the age of 23 years old, just after graduating, Mr.Meyer set up a copy center which he turned into a successful franchise “Flashcopie” and “Global Reprographic Services” in the South of France. This photocopy business was geared towards medium to large size companies including the Red Cross. Mr. Meyer opened seven of these centers, including one center in Guadeloupe and another center in Martinique.

1997

Laurent Meyer has a successful track record as a serial entrepreneur. He  completed a  degree in Business Management and Administration in France at the Faculty of Toulon  and then did his MBA degree  in 1997.

1997

In 1997, Laurent Meyer also started his real estate firm SCI DYLAN which successfully acquired, marketed commercial and residential properties under his command. A major accomplishment of this company was the acquisition in 2000 of M2, a 20,000 sqft space in the town center of Marseilles Stock Exchange building AMPHIPOLIS. SCI DYLAN also bought multifamily buildings, residential and industrial properties which they renovated and then resold for profit. 

2006

In 2006, Mr. Meyer sold his Company which generated, that year, a turnover in excess of €10 million and with a hundred forty employees. Each center employed 20 persons on average.

2007

Mr Meyer set up DYNADEL, LLC in Miami, Florida to start the first  GPS rental business company in America (www.rent-gps.com),  through car rental agencies like Avis, Ez rental car, Discount car and  Advantage rental car . He managed to secure an exclusive contract with several national and international large sized car rental chains in the US and Canada .

2008

Further to the real Estate crisis in 2008, Laurent Meyer decided that the time was right to get back into the real estate market. And in 2008 , he set up a holding company specializing in the purchase of foreclosures  and short sale of commercial and residential properties.  This company served as incubator to streamline the process of purchasing property, then renovating it and renting said property in order to resell them . 

2016

Mr Meyer become an expert acquisition Value Add Multifamily .  Since 2016, MEYER LAURENT real estate focus exclusively on Multifamily real estate acquisition in Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida. 

2020

in 2020 Mr Meyer was recognize as an  expert Multifamily and was contacted by national Commercial real estate company like Keller William,  to be a consultant and coach for the realtors, as a consultant.

Middle 2020 MEYER LAURENT Multifamily created and open a fund of investment “Phase 1” dedicate  on the acquisition of large Multifamily Value add   above 100 units . This acquisition will offer unique  opportunity for passive investors to get recurrent income and interest on the equity .
