2004 – In 2004, at the age of 18 years old, Simon graduated Cambridge Regional College, United Kingdom in Mathematics and Business Studies A-levels. He started working for his family’s business, Woodward & Woodward Development as a Foreman and Buyer in new build construction.

2007 – Simon worked for TAP Portugal in Executive Sales and Operations, fulfilling a number of roles in city office and airport offices, functioning as Supervisor and security liaison.

2011 – Mr. North started his own logistics company with government contracts mainly importing and supplying products ranging from office supplies to outdoor equipment, parks vehicles and uniforms, working closely with US and Chinese manufacturers.

2012 – After selling his company. Simon started working for US Embassies for the State Department as a third country national, while mainly working in Logistics in Venezuela, Guatemala, Paraguay and Mexico, he also worked with border contracts in Mexico City and represented in global forums and training for emergency evacuations and risk management. Earning a number of mission honor awards and employee of the year.

2018 – Simon started investing in Single family real estate and Short term rentals in Florida, slowly leaning towards commercial assets and Multifamily properties. Currently assigned to Underwriting and acquisitions and broker relations.
